P and S endorsements are only added to a CDL upon request and require that drivers take additional knowledge and skills tests.

The licensing process has two parts: knowledge test and skills test.

Your commercial buses need to be inspected by the Motor Vehicle Commission’s School Bus Inspection Unit before obtaining registration and license plates for them. Your vehicle needs to be inspected twice a year.
